Thunderbird eMail Collapse Group

Bookmarks in Toolbar Move Rather Than Scroll

In v116 for Windows, When I open an entry in the Bookmarks Toolbar and touch with one finger to scroll, it grabs a bookmark and drags it to a new position. The expected behavior is that it should scroll. Two-finger drag scrolls.
