Animations slow down the browser. For example: [https://www.payoneer.com/], [https://www.newrafael.com/coins/] and so many more. Chrome works much better in this area but I want to use Firefox.

I don't WANT pop out!
I don't want/need pop out. I've been asking Mozilla for years to design a method to keep videos from automatically popping out when I scroll down a page. You're going in the wrong direction, IMHO.
