Firefox 100.0 downloaded from the Microsoft Store did not update the latest PDF file icon.

In Firefox 100.0, mozilla updated a new icon of pdf documents, but we can only use it on Firefox installed by .exe , if you download firefox from Microsoft store, the PDF icon is still the old one.
