slow Download and unable to Manage It

I was Just shifted from chrome to Firefox, but it seems like it has problem with download section. I can only see the progress in Notification bar, it gets removed whenever I Close the app, I can't even track download files as it's downloading or not...

updated to 114.0.2 and now imbedded videos wont play....including ANYTHING on youtube

i updated to firefox 114.0.2 three days ago and haven't been able to play embedded videos since, not even videos on youtube....any ideas on how to fix this? or how to downgrade to an older version of firefox that still actually works?

Impossible to sign in using ADFS
