I use Tutanota as my main email provider. The problem is that every time I open my mail, I get a pop-up with a message from Firefox suggesting that Tutanota manages my mailto links. AND I DON'T WANT IT, you can click as many times as you like on the little cross, this pop-up will continue to appear, forever. I've even written a tutorial on how to disable this from the `about:config`! On the same pop-up, a "Don't ask again" option should be displayed to automatically deactivate the parameter in the `about:config`. ... View more

I placed a tech support call and someone on the other end asked me to upload a picture of the issue, I realized any photo I take with my phone is going to have my current location in the metadata, it would be nice if Firefox and K9 mail could offer to redact sensitive metadata when uploading. Would love to have a mode that doesn't include any extensions. Can be similar to private, where you open a new extension-free window. Would be useful for ultra sensitive sites, like banks and medical records. Even if I mostly trust the extension, some sites should get a higher level of protection. Alternatively, having a list of sites in which extensions are blocked until explicitly enabled, would also solve the problem. ... View more

I think Query Parameter Stripping documented here is a very common tracking vector. IMHO Firefox should include way more providers e.g. Spotify. Dear Firefox Browser Developers and Supporters, I would like to propose an enhancement to the bookmarking functionality in Firefox. Currently, the BookmarksSeparator is a handy tool for organizing bookmarks, but it lacks one feature that could greatly improve its utility: the ability to add titles. This simple addition would provide several benefits: 1. Allow users to separate bookmarks by project, adding clear titles to each separator for better organization. 2. Facilitate thematic research by marking major categories with titled separators. 3. Enable a quick switch between work and personal bookmarks by using titled dividers for easy identification. 4. Assist in creating a timeline of bookmarks for chronological research by dating separators. 5. Help in categorizing learning resources by level of advancement using titles on separators. While I do not have the expertise to estimate the development costs, I believe the community would greatly appreciate this feature. Could you please consider this suggestion for implementation? Currently we can block or allow specific domains. The problem with this is that many email services use the same domain for the actual images and for that 1x1 pixel image that they use for tracking views. This means that currently we can't allow images in emails without also being tracked. It's also inconvenient to handle websites that have a huge number of sub-domains, each of which has to be allowed or blocked individually. For example the sub-domains under .s3.amazonaws.com are used for storing real images, while the sub-domains under .execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com are almost always used for tracking. If we were allowed to use RegExp for blocking remote content all of this would be solved. Since RegExp could have conflicts with domain names there would have to be an option in settings to choose if we want to enter a domain name or a RegExp rule. ... View more

On the Android App, hitting the "back" button will eventually return you to the homepage. However, it leaves the current tab open.  It would be nice if there was an option to have the current tab close when "Back" returns you to the homepage.  I find that 90% of the time I dont want the tab anymore and have to manually close it.   This could be implemented as checkbox option in the "Customise Homepage" settings. Another option would be to simply reuse the last tab when opening something from the homepage screen. Either option would solve the tab accumulation problem. ... View more

As a screen reader user I found many webcites that has many overlays are cluttery and not as accessible to navagade as they should.
