Extension free mode

Would love to have a mode that doesn't include any extensions. Can be similar to private, where you open a new extension-free window.
Would be useful for ultra sensitive sites, like banks and medical records. Even if I mostly trust the extension, some sites should get a higher level of protection.
Alternatively, having a list of sites in which extensions are blocked until explicitly enabled, would also solve the problem.

This is pretty similar to Troubleshoot Mode
