I know that when you share a page, you can save the page as a PDF file, but I wish Mozilla would change it a little bit so that when you press the save page button, there will be a pdf option for the user to choose when you select the file format

Currently, when Adding a Shortcut to the Home Screen (Menu > Add to Home Screen), there is a pop-up opportunity to Rename the Shortcut as desired prior to dropping it onto the Home Screen. This helps to keep your Shortcuts orderly and meaningful.
However, when Installing a Web App (Menu > Install), the option to Rename the Shortcut does not exist.
As it stands now, FireFox/Android grabs the default name from the Web App. If you have multiple Web Apps from the same Web Site, they all get named the same on your Home Screen. For example, if you have multiple Dashboards in SharpTools, they all get named "SharpTools.io", thus creating confusion when trying to open the desired Dashboard with one click.
In contrast, Chrome currently offers a pop-up to Rename the Shortcut when both Adding Shortcuts or Installing Web Apps on the Home Screen.
Please consider a pop-up opportunity to Rename the Shortcut as desired when Installing Web Apps prior to dropping it on the Home Screen.

In Firefox, the user can easily apply exceptions to HTTPS-only mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-only-prefs
However, in Firefox for Android, it's an all-or-nothing approach for HTTPS-only mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-only-mode-firefox-android
This has been bugging me ever since HTTPS-only mode was introduced because every time I check Australia's Bureau of Meteorology site for weather forecasts, I have to disable HTTPS-only mode and then I get redirected to http://www.bom.gov.au/akamai/https-redirect.html anyway.
Yes, it's a poor site implementation but until and unless BoM adopts HTTPS, I'm forced to choose between HTTPS-only mode or not at all in Firefox for Android. Is it reasonable to have the Android version match the desktop version or are there technical reasons why this hasn't been implemented? Should I revert to HTTPS Everywhere for Android version only?

Opening search results on Firefox for Android automatically creates history groups. Users on different Mozilla communities would like to have an option to disable this behavior and see their full browsing history in chronological order.

I want to have a option to make shortcuts on my mobile homepage that can open in normal or private mode without changing the open in. On Android, sites with only a favicon.ico don't have an icon in the tab bar. They should, like other sites do, and like they do on desktop.

On my desktop in Firefox I can click one button to display bookmarks, On my iPhone in Safari I can tap one icon to display bookmarks, On my iPhone in Firefox I have to use 4 taps plus a menu scrolling action (5 actions in all) to display bookmarks.
No wonder Mobile Firefox is not popular - Please fix this !

Before Fenix (i.e: Firefox Android 68.x), Firefox Android was able to retrieve phone's storage using file:// URI. Now, in the current version of Firefox Android, if you attempt to access a file:// URI (example: file:///storage/emulated/0/ ) it will display a blank screen. Chrome and Chromium-based browsers currently still support file:// URI. A workaround for that (current version of Firefox Android) is to install a HTTP server app on Android (example app), open Firefox Android, and enter the displayed URL on the app like http://localhost:[port]/ , http://127.0.0.1:[port]/ or http://[Local IP Address]:[port]/ Adding support for file:// URI is helpful/useful for web developers who need to open an HTML file in Firefox Android (either with experience or learning from it), especially for those with broken desktop and/or laptop computers. Affected extensions include SingleFile (compatible in Firefox Android, but not available in the list of Add-ons), which saves web pages as HTML and open them via file:// URI.

I hardly used Mozilla VPN an year back. After I visited a country where MozillaVPN effectively blocked so I falled back to the ExpressVPN. Now I would like to use MozillaVPN again but it requires me to login to the GoogleAccount and I have degoogled phone.

Right now, to clear website data and other cached content you have to go to tap on
Hamburger > Settings > scroll to locate and tap Data Management > Tap Clear Private Data > Then tap Website Data > Clear Website Data
To get back to using FF you have to tap

Adding the Erase (trash) button from Firefox Focus to clear all website and cached data for all tabs in the full featured FireFox Mobile browser would be very helpful. Users with multiple open tabs still want to 'clear' cached info after opening up a shared URL. With FF set as default browser in iOS, you have to do this every time users check and close a shared link to sites like FB, IG, LI, Google while keeping other tabs for future use (i.e. parked for later).

It is possible to sync bookmarks between Desktop-App and Android-App.
Unfortunately, calling up the bookmarks in the Android app is very time-consuming compared to the Desktop-App

Hello everyone, I don't know where it comes from (my screen or moz update), but I have a problem I didn't have before. When I open the tabs menu, the option to close a tab by sliding it laterally is way too sensitive. When I slide vertically to navigate, I very often do that with a slighly not vertical angle, and close one of my tabs. Very annoying. I checked in the parameters if there was an option to deactivate that (Especially that there are crosses on each tabs to close them. The lateral sliding is pretty useless). Is there an option to deactivate that parameter please, or will there be ? Thanks in advance.
