Hi, not sure if this has been mentioned much before but it would be great if the iOS version of Firefox had a pop-up for autofilling logins, like it does on Android and Desktop.

At the moment you have to type in the username/email manually for the password only to be autofilled, copy/paste the password details manually from firefox passwords, or use the unprompted built-in iOS password manager. I'm assuming the last one is what users are expected to use but it can be pretty inconvenient if you use firefox desktop on the daily. The system on Android (Samsung) seems to be perfect IMO where you can use either the system manager (Samsung Pass) or firefox.

Thanks

I am really baffled by this not being a feature already. It even works in Safari when using Firefox as the password manager on iOS, making Safari arguably the better browsing experience. I really hope Firefox manages to implement this soon.

🎉Exciting news! 🎉

I am happy to announce that we have implemented the autofill pop-up, which is now live on Firefox iOS 125. Thanks for your feedback! With our latest update, we are removing the automatic autofill option and replacing it with a pop-up that allows you to select the login.

Give it a try and let us know what you think! Your feedback helps us improve Firefox.
