  When you are browsing a site with many interesting links that you would like to share, it is just tedious to have to follow this sequence for each link: 1- Holding tap to see options. 2- Share link. 3- Select the medium (messaging app, email, ...) [+ possibly scroll the list to reach the desired option] 4- Select contact person (in case of a messaging app) [+ possibly scroll the list to reach the desired option] 5- Confirm sending within the selected medium. Hence, I've thought it would be really nice to be able to save a link into a kind of "Share links later" list, so that once you have finished creating the list, you only have to follow the previous steps just a single time. That would save us a lot of time! I have come up with this idea while sharing multiple products of an ecommerce from a smartphone. From this point of view, maybe you get a closer perspective of its practicality. I hope the community considers this feature request as valuable as I do! I sometimes download a manual in HTML (e.g. the Blender manual). It would be nice if I did not have to adjust the zoom on every page therein from 100% to 150%, for example. It appears that Firefox 115.13.0esr and previous versions remember the zoom per local HTML file by absolute file path. I would like configurable local zoom remembrance by subtree path similar to online domains. A default local zoom other than 100% (as it is now) makes no sense, and I am not asking for such a thing. I am guessing that the best way to provide an explicit zoom-level-by-subtree feature is to have a settings area with a file browser to find and add local subtree roots with a description that says one zoom setting will apply to all HTML files within the subtrees of the listed root directories. ... Browsers such as Safari and IE11 support playing files containing multiple audio tracks, and allow the user to select which channel they wish to listen to. This is needed for files which have tracks in different languages, or tracks for different speaker configurations such as multi-channel surround sound vs mono. This is experimental in Firefox as of version 33 (and in Chrome as of version 45). Support depends on two things: support for the AudioTrackList and VideoTrackList W3C spec, and support for actual multi-track media playback. In Firefox, support for the spec can be tested by enabling the media.track.enabled setting in about:config. hello, It's a pretty niche idea but here's what I'm thinking firefox --profile /tmp/nonexistent gives you an error. But what if I want to make a new profile at this location? I was browsing through Twitter while Spotify was playing in a background tab and I needed to go to Spotify tab to pause the song, so I could hear the Twitter video more clearly. I wish that when a video with sound is played on Twitter my Spotify sound volume gets lowered. Did you think to add some about:config modules to permitt the user to select an elliptic curve (like P-256 or P-384....) ? This could be very usefull consider the rise of quantum technology power available so the user could get a stronger key encryption with low efforts. Hello!   I saw there were two similar posts, one idea was about the acquisition of the Canary app entirely. That would be neat, but maybe unnecessary? The other was a discussion, not an idea, so I thought I’d formally submit this as an idea.  I’ve been using Canary mail for both macOS and iOS for years now and I really like it. I was a long-time desktop (Linux) Thunderbird user, but eventually became frustrated with its inability to automatically sync my contacts with my phone.  I use Outlook.com, but this suggestion equally applies to those who use GMail for contacts storage. I solved my problem by switching to Evolution.  I just enter my email accounts via the "Online Accounts" application and then Evolution seems to make everything work automatically.  I wish Thunderbird could do this too, as I prefer its interface. ... Hello everyone, I don't know where it comes from (my screen or moz update), but I have a problem I didn't have before. When I open the tabs menu, the option to close a tab by sliding it laterally is way too sensitive. When I slide vertically to navigate, I very often do that with a slighly not vertical angle, and close one of my tabs. Very annoying. I checked in the parameters if there was an option to deactivate that (Especially that there are crosses on each tabs to close them. The lateral sliding is pretty useless). If you add a new email-address to your most loved email-client, Thunderbird checks if there are linked services like CardDAV address books and CalDAV calendars. But if you don't want to add them at this point, you have to add it later manually, which means you have look for the calendar urls and have to type in your username and password again. I often end up with strange font sizing issues when composing an email where part of my email are in a larger font size than others. To change the font of your email, you can only increase or decrease the font size through the designated buttons or by changing the paragraph format altogether. In my opinion it would be better to just display a size selection dropdown menu, just like pretty much every other application, allowing you to just pick the required font size and apply it to the selected text. ... I've been a Firefox user for over 17 years now and it's been my default browser for a long time. I've got a lot of bookmarks and I feel it's time Fx gave it a good revamp. I use the keyword feature a lot to quickly open website that I bookmark frequently use. Currently I need to bookmark a site, then go to the Bookmark Manager, find the bookmark, then add the bookmark. It would be great to be able to add the Keyword function in Bookmark this Page (Ctrl+D) dialog itself. Probably just under the 'tags', this would make it super easy for those using the feature.
