In Firefox 102.0 it is not possible to drag a URL from the address bar to windows desktop creating a link if the URL ends in ".html". If the URL does not end in ".html" like "https://connect.mozilla.org/", then it works. ... View more

Hello, I would love to see a possibility to hide the FOLDER ICON from the BOOKMARKS. I have around 80 FOLDERS in 4 ROWS in my BOOKMARKS, and it takes a lot of space. If I have a possibility to remove the FOLDER ICON, that would be awesome. This way I could save a lot of space. I do no need FOLDER ICON because the name of the folder is enough to know that this is the folder. I am long in the tooth (in other words I am 77 yrs old) and when I saw the button on the left "new Message" in a forest green I consciously or unconsciously noted that. When I clicked Tools/ Address Book by mind still held that the forest green button was called "new message". So, I spent over 15 minutes googling, (or is that "gurgling) trying to find how to add a new name to my address book without noting that the forest green button now said, "New Contact".  May I please suggest that the forest green of the "new contact" button be made into a different colour such as "sky blue"? ... Exactly the archive feature that's on desktop, although for me it's not very important to be able to archive locally on mobile; archiving on my mail server is fine. For the interface, perhaps swipe to select and then hit an archive button. Although swipe to archive is implemented in many mobile email clients, and I archive email much more than I explicitly mark it as un/read. As many of us, I'm working on Mac with multi screen setup. And there is a small problem with it. It comes very annoying when Firefox opens new window on wrong screen. Especially if display is turned off, it looks like nothing happened. What I propose is: 1. to open new window on the screen where dock icon or menu File>New Window was clicked. But not on the one where is already another window. And not on the one which is turned off at the moment. or if it's to hard to implement, it can just remember on which display last window was closed and open new window on same display. Android usually has no confirmation dialogs, it just does the action then shows a tiny 1-2 seconds popup with a button to undo it. This is ok for closing single tabs, since it's easy to restore a single tab from history. But it's not ok for closing all tabs\multiple tabs since android Firefox can't restore "all" tabs, or previous profiles without root (Firefox sync is irrelevant and not a workaround anyway, both because you'd need another device you might not have, not being ergonomic even when it works and the sync being likely to happen before you can save the tabs in another device).     All these problems can be avoided with a gui for a persistent confirmation for the >1 closed tabs or if you don't want that, the godawful close all tabs button in the overview. ... What is the point of a draft email if you lose it after sending it and have to create it again? The whole concept of Mozilla Thunderbird's draft email makes no sense, because Thunderbird makes a lot of work for the user if the user wants to send an email to thousands of recipients without using BCC, because BCC is unfortunately recognized as spam because the recipient is not in the recipient field. The "edit as new" function is unfortunately not a good alternative to the "send and keep draft" function suggested here, because the recipient field is unfortunately not empty when you "edit as new", which also costs time when you consider that you have to empty the field thousands of times for thousands of emails. When you close Firefox when you have a private Firefox window open, you lose all your open tabs in Firefox when you reopen Firefox. Is there any way to prevent this?!? You could ignore clearing the tabs if there is a private Firefox window open. I would like to see a trash bin icon directly visible next to each email, allowing users to delete emails with a single click, instead of having to first click the three dots and then the trash bin icon. At the moment, these are 2 clicks as I mentioned.
