Make warning messages not stop mail retrieval

Dear thunderbird developers,
very often my filters produce error messages while mails are retrieved, because the folders often don't work until being repaired by clicking at them.
Those error messages stop the whole mail retrievement!
Coundn't it be possible to retrieve all mails from all accounts without interruptions by error messages?
