Even though I've never used this feature on another browser, it sounds incredibly useful, and I can see why so many people want Firefox to have it. I absolutely think Mozilla should implement it.

I've been wanting an addon or feature like this for a while now. Something that could filter certain words or phrases and substitute them for other words, or cover them with a spoiler tag that I could click if I really wanted to reveal them.
