I believe fingerprinting is not good for individuals and I appreciate Firefox / Mozilla efforts to protect users from it. I test Firefox Android on EFF cover your tracks. If I start Firefox Android and go straight to cover your tracks, Firefox Android fails the hash of webgl. This occurs even though I have custom TCP settings. If I start Firefox Android, then immediately before going on a website I go into settings, change TCP from custom to standard TCP, then immediately change it back to custom TCP, and then go to cover your tracks, Firefox Android now passes the hash of webgl fingerprint test, and gives the result of randomised by first party domain. It appears to me that there is some sort of fault in Firefox Android on start up, where somehow it's not set to its correct TCP settings, unless you manually go and remind it. If I repeat the test in incognito mode then Firefox Android always achieves the randomised by first party domain result in cover your tracks hash of webgl test. I am using ghostery extension but nothing else. I believe there may be some minor issue upon start up of Firefox Android which I hope mozilla can resolve so that TCP is fully effective from the off and provides maximum fingerprinting protection. Thanks
