Printing with Firefox: More precise scaling (xxx.xx) for exact size determination

For example, if images are to be printed at a specific size, the scaling value only allows whole numbers, no decimal places, which does not allow for the desired size to be achieved exactly. To improve this, a function is needed that allows the scaling percentage to be set with decimal places (xxx.xx).

An additional printing option would also be very useful, allowing Firefox to use the DPI value in an image directly as a guide for the print size.
