[Thunderbird] Make buttons on the message header customizable

Currently, there are lot of buttons on the the message body header, like Transfer, Archive… But these one are not customizable. For example, I use often the function ‘Mark as acceptable’ and I need to right click on the message from the list, go to ‘Mark…. A new button will be welcome on the message header.

There is also a bar above the menu bar. I don't even know what it's for and there is no way to hide it.
