If you have plenty of open Tabs you can simply scroll through them with the mouse wheel, but if you start to sort/rearrange them, during the dragging of one Tab, one can't use the mousewheel to scroll, instead you have to move the mouse to the edge of the currently shown Tabs to scroll through them - which makes control kinda unprecise. I would love to be able to use the mousewheel when rearranging my tabs.

So many times 3rd party apps try to open up tabs in whatever the default browser is on an Android device - it would be great if you were able to add a function that would allow me as the user to block/blacklist those sites as they pop up so that they are rendered unable to open a tab.
This would be another great feature to your consistently stellar app.

Hello. I had an idea that would be quite useful to me. Sometimes I like the "new tab" behavior just as it is with links to previously opened pages. Other times I would like the new tab to be identical to my "home page". My idea is to have the new tab icon to have both behaviors user selectable. One half working just as it does now and the other half opening a new home page. Just like this mock up I made!

I am a big fan of the mute tab function when clicking a tab icon. A great added feature would be to have a small volume slider bar pop up on hold mouse function to adjust the volume on each tab. Option to save or reset values on reopening. Keep up the great work

Hello!
How about password protecting the entire user profile? Including fingerprint reader (unfortunately this function has been officially deactivated). Then you would first have to enter a password when starting FF, or scan your fingerprint.

Starting around Firefox 107/108, I started noticing that Firefox was suggesting usernames to me when attempting to enter website credentials. In the "Privacy & Security" section of settings, I have all "Logins and Passwords" saving and autofill turned off. I have all "Forms and Autofill" turned off. So to have Firefox start offering suggestions for login usernames was surprising.
Checking "Saved Logins..." - I have no saved login credentials in Firefox. Again, very odd that Firefox is suggesting login usernames to me.
I ended up turning off Syncing of my data across devices. I refreshed the Firefox browser on several devices. I eventually deleted my profile on several devices. Deleting profiles temporarily resolved the issue... until I started logging into some of my regular websites again.
I eventually found that Firefox is storing usernames as "form History" - this itself does not seem correct, but that may be something to do with how individual websites are coded.
Either way, now that I knew how it was saving these logins, I went to find out how to turn it off. I found this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-whether-firefox-automatically-fills-forms
The setting I need to turn off is "Remember search and form history". I don't like this. I want to keep my search history - I reference it nearly every day. I do not want Firefox saving, suggesting, or auto-filling forms or my login credentials. I consider this something completely separate from my search history.
I think the "Remember search" history should be separate from the "Remember form" history.

This is a new feature. Sometimes I want to open many websites from a same bookmark. But when I CTRL+Click on the bookmark, the popup window disappeared. I hope it can be keeped just like what chromium browsers did.

I'd like to see an option to Lock or Unlock tabs. This would keeps tabs from being closed by accident or if installed software is causing issues (perhaps extensions or the like, which I suspect in my case which my pinned webmail tab closes at random times).

It often happens that we work with several open windows, each of which has several open tabs; at this point it is impossible to find where the tab I'm interested in is... Why not put the tab search functionality in the Window menu, or something that makes me understand and search in which windows I have a particular tab open? This would be very, very useful indeed... Thanks for your attention

It would be nice to have an interface that disappears almost completely with scrolling the page or putting it to full screen smoothly (slid and faded up)
Detail: when the mouse reaches the top margin of the screen that allows the tabs to reappear, the navigation bar … not everything is displayed it is only displayed the navigation bar which allows you to make a search, change tabs by entering its title…

This could be very useful: to be able to remove canceled downloads, or only show active ones, as an option in the menu above the downloads icon.

Hello. I am writing to request that a setting be made for Thunderbird to be able to specify and access one central storage folder on a network drive. I have three computers and as it is right now, every one of them is not the same as the other one. What I want to do is to access the one folder on the storage drive from any computer and have the junk mail filtes, etc. all be the same no matter what device I'm using to access the email.
Thank you for making a great product.

We can choose font and size but the body is always LTR and we can't select the text direction. Also, it will be great if the software recognizes the LTR/RTL language and changes the direction based on the user's keyboard language.

In the process of moving over from Opera, so far I've adjusted well but there's two key features I miss. What I miss the most, a massive creature comfort for someone who does alot of reading, Clicking the active tab to scroll to the top, and being able to click it again to return to where I was. The home button emulates it to an extent, but being able to do that & return in 1 click, I miss that. Otherwise, selecting text in Opera GX has a popup context menu, it allows you to copy, search, goto, etc. without right clicking, just a changeable delay before it pops up above your selection. That functionality is available in Swift Selection Search I've linked below, but one big thing its missing is: If you select something like "$45", it'll take in context and popup your local currency equivalent, select something like 4x20 and it'll popup "=80" and you could hover over the popup and it would change to "Copy", maybe "4:30 (GMT-6)" to local time, temperature conversions, etc. Small things overall, but the utility of these had me itching to go back before I found Swift Selection Search Editing this in a little afterwards: In Opera if you have two duplicate tabs open and you hover over one of them, the other gets highlighted in the tab bar, this is massive for clarity when crawling through stacks of tabs. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/swift-selection-search/

Why not add a little AI sorting of the tabs, maybe some cleanup by accessed or something?
Auto order after used?

Probably I'm not the first person to ask for this... Please make one folder for Bookmarks from which they'll be visible on toolbar and on mobile. If I use mobile folder then I need to recopy all bookmarks to toolbar folder on desktop. And backwards when I use desktop toolbar.... I love this toolbar since Firefox 1.4 version which was my start with your wonderful browser and loved the future idea of synced files with mobile. But using on mobile bookmarks directly from desktop toolbar folder it's a bloody painful process reaching for every one, every time, starting at the same point. So the best solution is to simplified the process by making one folder for toolbar and mobile.
