It would be geat i I could change the character size in the calendar function without changing it global. Reason: its practical to have the calendar function open all the time, but its too large. If I could make the character size smaler everybody could layout its own design.
Thanks in advance

Suggestion/Feedback: Please relocate/move the "Find More Extensions" button to the top on Firefox Android like the Firefox Desktop.
Issue: Currently on Android version of Firefox you've to scroll through the list of all the installed extension to access this button, it's really inconvenient and impractical to use. Screenshot from Firefox Android

I have activated the check spelling before sending and it turns out the dialog to do that is in the middle of the mail and I can't move it around to see context of the word, so I do not really know if it is a misspell or not. This happens in Fedora 41. Can you make it like a sidebar or at least let the user move the dialog around?

Currently on Android phones as soon as you rotate your phone to horizontal the space around selfie camera turns black and stays like this even if you watch videos in fullscreen. As far as I know it can be fixed, because Chrome does work properly in such a scenario using the whole screen real estate. This is especially annoying on foldable devices which are almost square shaped when unfolded, but Firefox doesn't work properly for horizontal orientation.

Basically I use the mouse in my right hand and I would like (to be able to configure things so that) my bookmarks are presented from right to left minimizing the mouse travel distance. Bookmarks toolbar at screen bottom might also be an interesting idea.
These ideas make sense for a desktop environment or for devices with presentation on a large display.

The screen layouts currently available is either 3 column (mailboxes, message list, message) OR mailboxes to the left and message list and message below each other to the right. I'd really like to see a view layout with mailboxes and message list to the left (below each other) and the message to the right. This would give much more space for the message display. I have enclosed an image showing what this could look like....

The current setting layout for choosing what data is deleted when Firefox is closed is convoluted. In the Privacy & Security tab, under Cookies and Site Data, there is a checkbox to delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed. This is fine, however it is redundant as this exact setting can be found elsewhere on the same page. Under History, to the right of the 'Clear history when Firefox closes' checkbox, there is a settings button. This settings subwindow contains checkboxes for History, Cookies and site data, Temporary cache, and Site settings. The cookies and cache checkboxes are directly linked to the previous cookies and site data checkbox. Unchecking either of these will uncheck the previous box, and checking the previous box will check both of these, in addition to checking 'Clear history when Firefox closes'. This can cause problems because if you uncheck the box that says 'Clear history when Firefox closes' thinking it will stop history from clearing, this will also uncheck the previous cookies and site data box. This could be resolved by combining these to sections of the settings page or choosing to remove one of the sections.

I would like to arrange the toolbars in Firefox in the following order top to bottom:
Menu bar (top, with "File" on the far left and "X" on the far right, i.e. not centered)
Bookmarks bar
Search bar
Tab bar
This can't be done currently. The best I can do is:
Bookmarks bar
Search bar
Menu bar
Tab bar
I would like Firefox to allow the user to arrange the toolbars in any order.

You need to be able to tell that a window is private. That's the only thing (and it is a major thing) that stands in the way of me making it my default browser. It's too easy to confuse a non-private window and then get tracked and cookied to death. It is a hassle to remove all that junk.
Indeed, I would like the option to ALWAYS open every window as a private window!
Password function fight with 1Password and make it extremely difficult to click on the right password popup.

It seems to me, Android-TBird could improve its presentation of emails, per the subject, to allow users to more easily discern one (delete vs. read) from the other. The “gray” shading under certain light and/or screen conditions does not clearly distinguish one vs. the other.
The two shades of gray, in my opinion are chromatically too close.
Please review three attached images.

I created an achromatic icon for my add-on, but it may be a challenge to stay visible due to the different theme colors people have in their browsers. I've noticed that many of the native browser icons adjust themselves based on whether the theme is dark or light, so I designed both an all-black and all-white version of my icon. However, after researching, I couldn't find an easy way to switch between the two based on the user's theme in the add-on manifest. Why is this functionality available natively, but not for add-ons?

Inactive tabs are individual button like items and as such should haver borders. They used to have borders and it was a good thing.

All major platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS/iPadOS) allow apps to have multiple icons, letting users choose which one should be displayed on desktop/home screen/in app menu. The icons to choose from could include legacy icons, Firefox Preview icon, recently released Halloween icons and more. Similar, platform specific ideas were proposed before (iOS, desktop), but without much success. This proposal attempts to streamline the voting by covering all platforms at once. Icon examples:

I highly suggest that you consider adding a feature to add icons to the folders natively on your software And I highly suggest you follow the path of an extension called STG, Simple Tab Group Where they added a way to add icons for the containers But what I'm asking is to add a feature to add icons to the folders of the bookmarks section across the whole Firefox software, and you need to add a way for the folders to add icons in the PNG extension for better usability and compatibility because anyone could make an icon out of a (.PNG) and this is an easier path for icon recognition or creation I have more than 600 folders (that's including folders and subfolders) and I tried to add icons to them to identify them easier I came up with a solution, but it's not that good my solution is to add emojis to their names in the front of them or in the end of the folder names to easily identify them by looking because if you have more than 30 folders searching for them would be hard, and it's also more aesthetically pleasing and easier on the eye. This is my 3rd entry and I would like it if you add this feature. I have many more suggestions, and I'm planning to add them In the future. If you implement some of the features I requested that would mean you actually care, and I would consider highlighting more mistakes and features for you to add in the future, otherwise I'm going to feel like I'm wasting my time. I have ideas that is complicated and never implemented anywhere they might be hard to describe (Because I have nothing to inspire me, but these are ideas of my own creation) I must actually work on baking the ideas to perfection this would take time so we would really appreciate it if you actually show us support or at least show us that you are viewing our messages. This would make your software more recognizable and help you in making you unique across the competition I've been using Firefox since more than 15 years, so I know what's missing in it.

Currently, Read and Selected messages are almost exactly the same shade of gray. If both types are onscreen at the same time, you can (just barely) tell them apart. But if only one or the other is onscreen, there's really no way to tell. See the screenshot attached. One has a Read and Unread message, one has a Selected and Unread message. Can you tell which is which? Maybe use a checkmark for Selected messages (like every other program everywhere) or failing that, at least colour one of them differently (as K9 has done on some releases).

Title of Idea may be a little bit misleading as what I'm really looking for is a way to have multiple "New Message" icons in the application window, one for each configured account.
I recently migrated from Claws-Mail to Thunderbird when I needed to add 2FA to my Hotmail accounts, something I could not get working on Claws-Mail. Claws-Mail forces a user to select which account they want to originate a message from by converting their "New Message" button in to a drop-down combo-box...
I have 5 IMAP email addresses linked in to my email client... and for some strange reason, my brain skips over the part in the "New Message" process where I should check which account is set as the originator for a message... and as a result I have a habit of mixing up and sending an email that is related to a company where I'm a director from my personal account, or vice-versa. By default, Thunderbird remembers the last-used account and simply adopts that one, which in my case results in very confused email recipients and, more often than not, an important message going in to the recipient's spam folder...
What I'd like to be able to do is have a custom toolbar in Thunderbird, with one button for each of the Accounts configured in the client, with each button color-coded and custom-labelled, so when I need to start a new mail thread, I can be confident of using the right account.
I'm pretty sure that this would be easy to achieve if, with the configuration/definition of a mailbox in the client, there was an option for, "Dedicated New Message" button? If I select this option, then Thunderbird would simply add an extra "New Message" button that I could customize, say with a label [another parameter] and color [selectable option].
Thanks in advance for your consideration.
