hello,if the browser could add a function of translation, I will love it very much. Everytime I need the translation I have to copy the website to another browser because of my poor English. o(╥﹏╥)o
As the title said, we'd love to have a good built-in web page translator for Firefox. The closest thing to this is the "Firefox Translations" extension. However, the language supports is very lack-luster compared to offerings from Chrome or Safari.
There are other web page translator extensions available, but I think it should be up to the Firefox team to implement this feature since the translator requires access to all web pages.
@OkanAtasoy Nice suggestion. 👍 Just want to add more inputs on this issue, If Firefox is adding an in-built translator, then it should focus mainly on privacy and convenience as almost all the Firefox recommended extensions we have now are opening in a new browser tab using the Google translator. Which is inconvenient. And few other extensions (Not Firefox recommended extensions) we have now are having in-page translators such as TWP extension. But these are not Firefox recommended extensions. So, Firefox should have an in-built translator with wider language support as @TuanAnh stated in this comment thread.
