Firefox is known for its strong commitment to privacy, which is why it’s a bit disappointing that Startpage, with its unprecedented focus on user privacy, isn't a quick-select option. Out of all the options, we have eBay, but not Startpage. I like eBay, but I can't imagine using eBay as my daily search engine. Can we please consider adding Startpage?
+1 on this. I've been using startpage's extension as a workaround - but it would be great if firefox just natively supported it as a default search engine.
I use Startpage as a default all the time, mobile or desktop. I don't see why asking Mozilla to include it makes any difference when one can download and install it (and just about any other addon program) in matter of seconds.
I use Startpage as my search engine and I'd like to see it added to the list of default search engines on Firefox. The privacy-by-design focus of both Firefox and Startpage make this a logical pairing.
