Support Casting

Add official support to casting to an Android or Apple TV, right now you have to use sketchy extension, it's not a good user experience.

Why Can't we cast from Firefox. This is not Chrome exclusive. I cast from various apps when streaming video. I want to be able to cast both from Firefox on my mobile phone and on my desktop PC.

I am missing broadcasts on TV from Firefox, as done in Chrome & Edge.

Yes, this should definitely be added the Firefox feature set.  It's a glaring omission at this point.

Sometimes, when I'm watching Youtube, I'd rather watch or listen on the TV than on my PC.

Google Chrome has a Boradcast button, and, from there, I can chose to play the video on my TV or other devices; this option isn't available on Firefox (or at least I can't find it).

I agree , should be able to cast from Firefox to my Sony TV .Or put the browser on Google TV ...please

Edge can cast using DLNA or Miracast, which I'm guessing are more "open" formats and might be possible for Firefox to support.

Chromecast could be a challenge since Google has locked it down so much 😡

Hi team please bring casting features.. just like vlc video player having.. casting any media content to Chromecast,fire tv, Android tv, apple tv, etc.. or bring addon for Android mobile browser..

Oh my goodness, please! the only thing that i keep paying for stupid youtube premium for is so that when i cast to my TV i dont have ads, but if I could cast from firefox instead of the literal ONLY thing i still have to use chrome for, then I could get rid of youtube premium AND chrome and just do everything in firefox.
