User control over FIREFOX HAMBURGER MENU

 Users have posted many times ... surrounding issue on this subject, having the User Control over - these items, Also - a different post mentions annoying 'space between lines' - why pad so much??  Change & enable users to control the menu items.

Return the ability to Customize the Menu, remove, and add different options, as it was before Firefox 56 version.

I would also like more customization over the hamburger menu. I'm still using the old menubar so I'd like to move the hamburger menu using customization mode out of sight without using userChrome.css hacks.

I'm wondering should I open a new issue for my idea?
