Add Swedish as a supported language for translations in Firefox.

spraakbanken.gu.se (language bank from Gothenburg University) seems to have a lot of available datasets to use. The majority of the licenses (from my quick look) seem to be "CC BY 4.0 attribution".

There are also other links I've found after a quick search for "swedish language datasets", which could potentially have something of interest, but you'll have to dig into it yourself because I have no idea where to begin.
