New feature introduction Overlay

Add a little overlay after an update to introduce features that are not turned on by default and give the option to enable them. 
Just so you can visualize what i mean by overlay: 

So for example the recent introduction of card view. Its not changed for existing users (which is sensible). But i think major changes/features like that should be introduced. In the window you could select to keep your original setup or change it to the new one.
