Right click open email webpage for web based access features

if you right click the main email folder, it will add an option to open the website that is hosting the email server. 

so like if its a outlook or Microsoft email it will open outlook, where you can login or access if your already logged in 

or for google just goes to mail.google to access the Gmail, 

so if it is not working or something crashes or to access web based features specifically,
you can access them.

it can either open the default web browser to access the email or have a imbedded browser inside,
