Subset Browser Tabs

Like the possibility to switch a desktop in a browser, it would be great to have the option to make subsets of browser tabs. In other words, by switching between your stored tabs, you can go to your "social media and news tabs" subset, send some messages and when finished you go back to "christmas shopping", "next holiday" or "cooking recipes" subset.

Keeps things more organised, Firefox can save the state of all the tabs you are not viewing on your drive without using memory, more intuitive and user friendly than the bookmark system imo.

It could go where now the bookmark toolbar is. Or make it a max 10 tab sets system and just add a clickable bar with buttons of which an icon can be picked... just an idea 🙂

Opened Tab sets

When having many tabs opened in Firefox I often loose often oversight. I know, I should close them, but I need to go back frequently to the same sites as well. I could use bookmarks to save tabs to review later, but I find that I hardly ever go back to bookmarked pages

Instead I would suggest to implement a system of "Tab Sets" you can create. Basically similar to the desktop of an OS that can be switched. In this case you can switch between a number of sets of opened tabs. After checking the news and your messages in your "social and news" tab that has all your messenger pages and newspapers open, you can switch to the "Xmas shopping" or "next holiday planning" tab sets. The advantage is, you can keep subjects separated. No opened cookie recipe between the hotel booking sites that you might want to save for later. On top the sets of pages that are not active, take no recources from your system except for some disk space.

A bar with buttons to switch between the tab sets would be required. And it might obviously be nice if those buttons can be customized with great looking icons. Just a thought 🙂
