Open New Window on Monitor Where Focused Window Lives

I have 3 monitors and every time I open a new window, that new window starts up in my main monitor regardless of where the existing window is. I have to move my mouse over across my monitors to drag the window where I need it.

Chrome creates a new window on the monitor where the focused browser window lives - which IMHO is the appropriate behavior.

I am also frustrated at why Firefox makes it so hard for me to use this browser on the monitor I want it to be! A lot of people these days have multiple monitors and we expect browsers to open on the monitor it was previously on! Make a change ASAP!
