New pin bar, separated from rest of tab.

Having all pinned tabs grouped in a separated "pin bar", I can set it as vertical (at left or right sides), leaving the rest of tabs at the top of browser window in horizontal sense.

Or I can have the pin bar at the top of browser window and the rest of tabs as vertical (at left or right sides).
