Make the "Edit bookmark" Tags textbox automatically resize depending on the amount of text in it

I have a lot of Tags associated with many webpages.

It would be very useful to be able to see all these Tags in one go without having to scroll left to right through the tags using the right arrow key, which is clunky to say the least. As well as slow.

Such an improvement would not only make it easier to modify existing tags, but to also add new tags.
