In vertical tabs, move "New Tab" button to bottom.
This would be more in keeping with the horizontal layout where New Tab is on the far right.

Could there perhaps also be an option or setting to remove the "+ New Tab" Button?

Cause one can always still either use Middle mouse button to create a new tab or do Right click and select new tab.

I think it would just look cleaner without the additional "+ New Tab" button.
