When Firefox crashes, the crash reporter allows you send a crash dump to Mozilla. I've noticed that a bunch of unconfirmed issues are cases where Firefox hangs or becomes wholly or partly unresponsive but the developers cannot reproduce the scenario. Firefox should come with a tool that the user could activate when Firefox hangs that would work similar to the crash reporter. Obviously it would have to be a separate executable, because depending on how much of the Firefox interface locks up it might be that there'd be no way to activate it otherwise. Hello, would it be possible to put a "box" to delete mails in the trash style next to attachments? This would be easier than clicking on all 3 bars each time and looking for the right place each time. On Firefox for iOS , I have 2 pins. Facebook and google. I want the Facebook pin first. No matter what I do, it puts the google pin first with no way to change it. I’m on this browser because safari ruined its Facebook mobile site to the point that I can’t use it, and chrome won’t let me disable auto play for videos. I'm a big fan of the tab sharing function but it can be difficult to identify my other devices when sharing a tab from my Android phone's Firefox. When the devices are identified the text "Firefox on" is inserted into the naming text. As a consequence the unique portion of that text is shifted beyond the length of truncation and therefore lost. When attaching big images files, offer to resize them to a more acceptable dimension/size. There were a few plugins that could do this: - https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/shrunked-image-resizer/ - https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/auto-resize-image/   but they stopped to work once 102 was out. They also had some QA problems like: - https://github.com/darktrojan/shrunked/issues/48   This kind of behavior is already seen in messaging apps like Messenger, WhatsApp, Signal, etc, where images are resized (with the option to send in its original quality). This column display in the folder pane is useful for users of Azure DevOps because the email notifications sent for check-ins come from the service managing Azure Devops and the developer that performed the check-in is only listed in the ReplyTo field of the email header. Without seeing this in the folder list view, you don't know who did the check-in without reading the email. It's also not searchable or filterable when looking for check-ins made by a specific developer. This was never supported natively. I had written an extension to display it, but that became obsolete with Thunderbird updates. The ColumnWizard extension supported it for a while, but it also became obsolete and hasn't been updated. This is automatically supported in Outlook. Seeing as the Reply-To header field is well defined, I don't see why it's not supported in the same way as the other email header fields such as From, To, Date, Subject, etc. This is not a "big thing", but it is an annoyance and one of those things that can prevent adoption in enterprises. Currently I have several Account set-up in Thunderbird with the Matrix integration some more will be added soon. It's embarrassing and may a privacy problem if you write a Mail but write it from the wrong Mail address. Please allow to bind Mail and Chat account so certain user. So if I decide to send a Message to a certain contact Thunderbird auto set-up "From: " mail address according to the setup address. In an advanced version, If I chose a certain user I had limited to a matrix account. The new Mail windows change to text-only and send the Message over Matrix. To get it work properly there is a need to be able to setup per mail and chat-user of a contact in Address-book a corresponding mail address or chat-account of mine. It would be nice If there is a statistic too in Thunderbird that could help determine the best message ways per contacts. Sync it to CardDAV. On some Computer My Thunderbird Profile is still the same as from the first version of Thunderbird from 2006. It contains a lot of strange files and is much larger than a new profile. Please develop a full migration of the Thunderbird profile into a new profile. Beside my I'm also Family admin of several PC with Thunderbird. Most of their Profile has the same age like my profile. It would be nice If I could migrate these profile as easy as possible. I do not wish to set up new mail clients  and may forget settings or add-ons.   I suggest following behavior. User do start a Profile migration Thunderbird requests some basics [x] Automatic cleanup - nothing get lost you currently use. [ ] Custom cleanup - remove some data you currently use but you do not need anymore. -> Add some requests If custom cleanup is active: list of add-ons, experimental settings, remove password list, etc. Create a new Profile Install all currently active add-ons Migrate all settings of Thunderbird Migrate all settings Thunderbird in the current Version is able to use Migrate accounts and also their mail filter rules Settings of migrated add-ons. I'm trying to write a script that would have firefox take a screenshot from the command line, in headless mode. Only issue is that the site I'm trying to screenshot takes a couple of seconds to finish loading, so I only get a partially loaded screenshot. The only option available on the command line is --window-size... I can take a screenshot inside the dev console with many more options, including --delay (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Taking_screenshots), it would be great if there as a way to replicate these options on the command line. ... Many websites record a lot of pages to the recent activity section. I have to right click for each of them, on the top corner "..." icon and select "Dismiss". I'd like to be able to choose a color for either a "senders" emails & also be able to choose a color for an emails subject line. Such as be able to have all emails with (for example) "Thunderbird" in the subject line have it be highlighted whatever color I choose. As well as be able to have all  emails (for example) with the sender being from "Thunderbird" to have it highlighted in the color of my choosing. And when choosing these options any and all emails whether already saved or new and/or incoming meeting that criteria selected would be highlighted in the chosen color. I often end up with strange font sizing issues when composing an email where part of my email are in a larger font size than others. To change the font of your email, you can only increase or decrease the font size through the designated buttons or by changing the paragraph format altogether. In my opinion it would be better to just display a size selection dropdown menu, just like pretty much every other application, allowing you to just pick the required font size and apply it to the selected text. ... At the top near the search bar, there should be an option to shorten a URL with Firefox, maybe the shortened URL will always be shown on the right of the search bar within a textbox with a copy button. If this feature gets added please make this the shortest domain as you possibly can, and the ID generated after "/" to contain the most character varieties as possible in order for it to be shorter.  NOTE: Make it as soon as the copy button is clicked, that's when the shortened URL officially goes live, this is in order to prevent access to private webpages by constantly visiting random shortened URLs that the end user did not intend to create. ...
