Hi @Jeppie thanks for the request! It's something we're looking into, but in the mean time, could you try changing your Firefox Account Primary Email address to the email address you would like your emails forwarded to? That might be a quick fix for you. Thanks!

@Tony-Cinottomy firefox account primary email address is already changed to the new email address but firefox relay still says my old email address. I haven't tried to use a alias because i thought it wouldn't work. Maybe i should have tried it just to know but in my brain it's still confused every time that i see my old email address on firefox relay. One thing that i just want to say just in care. I have send a email to firefox relay team via mozilla support website. I don't know if they read it or if they got it because i don't get any message that it got send or that it is arrived. No message on the support page and no confirm mail.

+1 It would be a useful feature to change the destination email address both on the website dashboard and probably within Firefox itself.

It also seems obvious to add Relay to Thunderbird eventually, but that's a feature for another day!

@s1flyyou mean something like this? expand-relay-to-create-full-mozmail-e-mail

@Yes, just like that @Jeppie! Also though, it would be good if Relay had the option for personal domains so you could use

relayemail@subdomain.mozmail.com

Or

relayemail@mywebsite.com

As that would solve any issues with forms that don't like mozmail.com

I'm sorry @Jeppie to hear about this. I've let our customer support teams know and we'll file a bug to look into this further.

I'd like to see this too. I am trying to migrate away from Gmail to another provider, and I find myself stuck with dozens of Firefox Relay addresses that I will lose access to unless I either continue to use my Gmail address or update my email address on every website I've registered these Relay addresses with. This makes Firefox Relay more of an inconvenience than a help, and deters me from using it in future. If I could switch the destination email address it would add significant value.

I have the same problem.

Changed my primary e-mail on my Mozilla account.

Deleted old e-mail because it is about to be deactivated.

Used Firefox Relay.

Relay forwarded to my old, ostensibly defunct e-mail. I can see no way to have the forwarding change to my new e-mail. This makes the whole system not only useless but pernicious, as now I have a new subscription to an e-mail I'm trying to shut down. Really a hassle.

I believe if you update your email address on Mozilla Accounts, then go back to Firefox Relay, it should start using your new email address. If you want to force Relay to read the new email address from Mozilla Accounts, I believe you should be able to do that by visiting this link if logged in.

It's a dealbreaker for me to not be able to use different address emails than the one registered in my Mozilla account.  I use different addresses for different purposes, and I can't make that work with Relay.
