It would be awesome if we can have a Firefox feature to block tracking pixels, like the ones used by marketing companies when they send emails.

I use Trocker for Firefox [https://trockerapp.github.io/] and something like that built into Firefox will make our online lives more private.

Thanks for the great suggestion! We're currently looking into an email tracking protection for Firefox as an extension of ETP. Stay tuned!

Somewhat related, I use a uBlock Origin filter that removes tracking parameters from URLs:

This feature alone would help people make the switch to Firefox and fits so well with the Mozilla mission, please make it happen! Thank you for raising @bobreyes !

Hey this is a cool idea. I wonder if they could just integrate it into the Firefox Relay service? I think it's one more way to make an already useful service/extension better and add more value.

Real quick heads up...

For those interested, a Product Manager from our Firefox Relay team (and other privacy and security tools) just kicked off a discussion right here in the community about...yup, you guessed it...privacy & security:

How do you talk about Privacy & Security?

Please feel free to join and share your thoughts. Hope to see ya there 😃

Hey all,

Exciting news...

This feature is 'In development' and currently available in Firefox Nightly — we are testing it there to ensure that it's effective before delivering to a wider audience. Feel free to check it out there, share feedback, and stay tuned for more updates.
