An easy way to share ALL configs

I think Firefox's market share is low because it is boring out of the box for a broader audience. I designed my custom theme using userChrome.css and installed a few extensions, and it became great. It would be great if Mozilla implemented an easy way to share all the configs, including userChrome.css, extensions, about:config settings, toolbar arrangement, etc, that enables sharing the experience with users who don't know how to customize the browser.
