Alt+click on messages list to filter by sender, subject etc

A mail client I used long time ago (The Bat!) had this great feature: if you Alt+clicked on the sender, recipient, subject etc on the list of messages, it would display all messages with the same sender, recipient, subject etc and only them. This filtering quickly becomes natural and it is an incredibly efficient way to locate and group messages. Expression Search - NG has a similar feature but this addon is unstable here, and I think this is a feature that should be native.
