Ability to add custom/personal links to Unified Toolbar or Spaces Toolbar

Hey everyone!

When clicking customize on a toolbar, we get the option to add buttons in desired positions. If I may make a request, could we please add another button as an option that allows us to :

1/ choose an icon for the button
2/ set the name for the button
3/ set a link for the button

Thought: ( Idea being is I would like to have the ability to add custom buttons to load specific URLS within Thunderbird and in a new tab.... )

On the left hand side we have the Spaces Toolbar and I'd love to add a custom link to connect to a specified self hosted app or website, as example being able to click and open nextcloud quickly within Thunderbird and in a tab....

or be able to add the button at the top toolbar beside Calendar | Tasks | CustomLink
