Does your office network security setup affect how Firefox handles encrypted connections?

I have been managing our office network infrastructure for a while now and recently started noticing some inconsistencies in how Firefox handles certain encrypted connections compared to other browsers on the same network.

Our setup involves Cisco networking equipment sourced through Tech Distributor here in Dubai and the firewall configuration has been fairly standard. But Firefox specifically seems to behave differently when SSL inspection is active on the network compared to Chrome or Edge on the same machines.

I understand Firefox handles certificate trust stores independently rather than relying on the system certificate store by default which seems to be the root cause here. What I am not entirely clear on is whether this is a Firefox policy decision or something that can be adjusted through enterprise configuration without compromising the privacy benefits that make Firefox worth using in the first place.

Has anyone else managed Firefox deployments across an enterprise network with active SSL inspection and found a reliable way to handle the certificate trust issue without pushing individual certificates to every machine manually?
