When highlighting tabs to close, the X should be on the last tab you highlighted

When highlighting tabs to close on the tab bar using shift, the X icon is currently on the tab that you start on if you have lots of tabs open (more than around 11). I think it makes sense to move this to the last tab you highlight so that you can close them all quicker.
