When deleting cookies, give the option to move the name to Manage Exceptions and block it.

Clearing cookies keeps our systems cleaner, and many times when we delete a cookie we want to add that URL in Manage Exceptions to block it from being saved again by the browser.

When deleting a cookie it would be very helpful, and a time-saver, to provide an option to add that URL in Manage Exceptions to block it in the future. Maybe add a check box for each cookie that appears in final Remove section, where we could mark cookies that we would like to block in the future.
