Unified Toolbar & Sidebar Customization from the "Customize Toolbar" page

Firefox’s current customization options for toolbars and the vertical tab sidebar are fragmented. Users must navigate separate menus (gear icon) to customize the sidebar , and there’s no intuitive way to move icons or tabs between from the (vertical) side bar to the main horizontal toolbar . This limits flexibility and creates a disjointed experience for users who want a seamless, personalized browser layout.

Ideally I can decide which icons show up in the sidebar, which show up in the main address bar or toolbar. And all of this should be accessible in the drag and drop Customize Toolbar... page

If your customization suggestion leads to a state where I can open my bookmarks in the sidebar again without opening the sidebar toolbar, that would be awesome.
