Thunderbird new 2 line view of email lists

Neither table view or cards view is the best option in my opinion. Table view is far too much information on one line, while card view on 3 lines wastes a lot of blank space if you don't use threaded view (the third line only has the star if threaded is turned off.

I like the "field chooser" of table view but great separation between emails in cards view.

A third option would be a blend. A two line version of table view with subject line positioned below the sender. Users could then still choose which fields to include, but you'd also get some of the cards view feel as well.

I want to sort by subject fields.  Is this possible in 128?

Here is an example of the idea.  Top is current TB table, second is current TB cards (not using threads), third is the new idea using a two line version of table view.  You can still choose fields to show and sort by any of the fields.
