As a volunteer on SUMO, It seems daily we see users unable to send email because their servers are not in sync. And I have yet to see even one believe us when we advise of their error, always claiming that Thunderbird 'magically' switches the servers. This happens when users have more than one email account and two or more accounts are attempting to use the same SMTP server. PLEASE combine this information together. Another reason is that many users are unable to locate their SMTP server settings, even when given detailed instructions on doing so. Doing this will greatly ease the setup of accounts and reduce the number of problems posted on SUMO. Thank you.
