Thunderbird: add Quick Filters to main toolbar

Currently the Quick Filter bar is toggled on/off by the Quick Filter button in the Mail Toolbar.
Pressing the escape key unexpectedly toggles it off.
I would welcome the possibility of adding selected quick filters buttons and/or search field to the Mail Toolbar.
If frequently used these features become top-level tools, justifying permanent display in the main toolbar.

Is it already possible to move "filter these messages" field into place of quick filter button? It is very annoying taking another line to show this field
