Show New Messages on the bottom right corner of the chat area if Chat History is being browsed.

Hey, friends, 

I got an issue about `Chat` Tab: The scrollbar skips to end automatically when the new message is coming, but I'm browsing the messages history. It should show the `New Messages` tip on the bottom right corner of the chat area if the chat history is being browsed. Hope it been fixed soon.
