Require permissions for keyboard and mouse JavaScript events

This feature would produce a pop-up similar to that of webcams and microphones when a website tries to capture keyboard and mouse events, if enabled in Permissions under FireFox Settings.

Many websites like to capture keyboard and mouse input, usually for keyboard shortcuts on the page. I find this can sometimes be detrimental to my browsing experience when I'm not expecting a website to be overriding default browser shortcuts.
