Additional Filter rule

I have set up filters for my regular emails which checks the following :-

Match all of the following
FROM contains (email address)
STATUS is Read

Perform these actions
Copy Message to (Sub-folder on email account)
Move Message to (Sub-folder on Local Folders)

This works well apart from one thing.  I can be reading a new email and the filter will run and move the email as required.

I would like to see an additional option in the Match area to check that the email is in focus or not, to prevent the rule moving the email while it is still being read.
