Please support minimize to tray and email notifications in such state

I only want a single feature, minimize to tray and email notification when minimized. I knew there is bird tray and others . But it is not from thunderbord itself. Please develop thunderbird as a product instead of a utility. That is only annoying point for me to use thunderbird.

Thank you for your hard work. I am lokking forward to a product called thundrbird to be born.
