Nightly 126 vertical toolbar shouldn't stick around when watching fullscreen video

I am pretty excited about the new options a vertical tab bar presents, and I'd like to see it develop more with future updates. I really don't like that it stays on the screen when I'm trying to watch a video in fullscreen. There should be an option to rightclick on the bar, and choose whether I'd like it stay when in fullscreen.
