[New Option] Bookmarks show in F11 mode

Please allow an option under "Bookmarks Toolbar >" settings that allow the bookmarks to show (only when moving the mouse to the top of the screen) while you're using Mozilla in F11 mode. My screen is small and I actively use my bookmarks. I would love to permanently browse Mozilla in F11 mode, move my cursor upwards to show tabs/search/bookmarks and then select a bookmark. I would appreciate this simple tweak to Mozilla and I hope others feel the same. Thank you for reading!!
