Indent child tabs a bit, and close all child tabs when the parent tab is closed

Appreciate the vertical tabs, and the parent/child tabs in 137. But as the subject states, I'd like the child tabs to be indented just a bit - I generally have 3 or more parent tabs open, each with child tabs, and it's a bit hard to quickly identify the parent tabs as 137 is today. Plus, I'd like to be able to close the parent and have all the child tabs close as well.
