Pinned tabs only on verticle bar

It would be really handy to be able to have only your pinned tabs on the vertical bar while leaving all your regular tabs on the horizontal bar. Could this be a checkmark type of setting like ai chatbot, tabs from other devices, history, and bookmarks?
